I have my lovely Mussehl and Westphal musical saw that I sent away to America for – complete with bow and a cassette tape of instructions, old school!

Enamoured as I am with strange sounding/novelty/rare instruments, I am determined to learn to play this in order to incorporate it into the music I play in the indie pop band Their Hearts Were Full of Spring. Marlene Dietrich, here I come!

... and am over the moon! cramming does indeed pay off :) but i wouldn’t recommend the week of stress beforehand!

i’m now the proud owner of a lovely town cruiser bike, the old school fold-up type. just getting it fixed up, have bought a wicker basket, need to scrub off the rust and paint some stars on it and i’m set! i call it little red. :)
