Just got the message that our loan went through today. So as of today I can say we are proud homeowners (err I mean condo owners). We are going to celebrate by spending a lot of money!
By the way, the amount of paperwork to sign was insane!
I don’t feel the extreme need to pay off my student loans anymore… I mean I do but I can’t. I think it is more important to buy a house at this point… so all my money is going to be saved for that. Hurrah… more debt!
