last tuesday, i completed swimming 1km at a stretch without any major break. it was cool and surprisingly doable. i had to remove my mind block that it was difficult and swim slowly and syncronize my breath
Hmm. I put down 10 kgs. but it has been a very slow process. According to the plan i should be down by atleast 7 more kgs… so have fallen behind my targets. Lot of energy still left in me to pursue this goal. only just not able to juggle too many balls at the same time….
