Well I’ve been writing some songs and i play outside now that the weather is warm.. feels real nice..

i’m playing the thing every day now. i know a few chords and my first song. i love the way it sounds and the people i meet playing it. i’ll have and play this banjo for a long time.

When I was just a wee lass, me father used to take me ‘round the docks a bit. I ne’r liked it as a lass but as I grew I learned to appreciate it more and more. I love the feeling of sun kissin’ my face and water running ‘neath my big rubber boots. Even if ya don’t catch noth’n, t’ain’t much else a-better than standin’ ‘round outside all day. But I haven’t gone in quite a spell. I need some serious time to reconnect with my inner angler.
