How I did it: I didn't drink any caffeinated soft drinks, just a lot of coffee and tea. To stop drinking coffee, I just didn't buy it anymore, And by not having it in my house, I had to resort to other drinks. In my case: a LOT of water.Also, to get up in the morning, I used to rely a lot on coffee. I changed this by doing little exercises in the morning. How I did it: First I read about vegetarian diets, recipes, how to get your proteins, vitamin B12 and Iron. Then, I decided to just try it for one week. And another. And another. And before I knew it, I hadn't eaten meat for a month.The first 2 months were the most difficult, because in some way I had to relearn how to cook, and I still craved meat from time to time. I used to go on picknicks when I was a child. And seeing this reminded me of those times. I’ll try to go on a picknick again with friends this summer :)
