I can do this skillfully and hope I will be able to do this when I’m 80 and in a nursing home to entertain and gross out my fellow residents.

I had been a vegetarian for almost 3 years and then started eating meat again. I’m not sure why I did that, but it becomes a habit. I am back on the wagon so to speak. I feel so much better when I’m not eating something that was born. It makes me feel better physically and spiritually. So much more energy. I’ve found while being a meat eater that I get lazy about what I eat and the choices become boring and I don’t really think about what I’m eating aside from the meat. Without meat you get so much more creative and discover HUGE varieties of things to eat! Also, if you’re trying to cut meat, cut refined sugar too…I know there’s a connection there, at least for me. I didn’t consume refined sugars while I was a vegetarian either and as soon as I started on the meat I got huge sugar urges. Ughh.
