I finally broke through my plateau. I have been tracking my food intake with the my fitness pal app and have been working out with the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. It’s only 20 minutes a day so it’s doable.

So far...

I’ve finished the Gospel of John, 1 and 2 Corinthians and now I’m reading Galatians. My favorite book so far is definitely John. I haven’t been reading daily and I especially fell off the wagon this past week but I’m getting back on track tonight!

Mango, banana, and soy milk smoothie
