So I have lost 7 pounds right now and I am feeling fantabulous. I like the reminders they send you. HOpe everyone elses is doing well too.

I write short stories and chapters that I could put togehter into a book on a blog and have my friends read it. Writting is harder than it seems. I guess my biggest worry is that it wont make sence or that people wont read what I wrote. Sad right?

So I have been working on a program Mastering Foods and it makes me think about my emotional eating. But really what really effects me is boredom at work. That is when I eat and snack. I work out more than the average bear. I do three days of cardio and three days of wieght lifting. I think what I really need help on is just not snacking at work. Any suggestions?
