Just had a personal trainer for a month, I think it is effective, shed around 5 pounds, I will try to be persistent and keep building a better heart and a better body.

I am reading two books now.

One is Memory power and the other is critical thinking.

I did an exercise to try to remember and tell what happened during the day and recorded it on the recorder. Need to do at least one month.

Good memory does not equal good thinking, so I am going to read some books on thinking skill as well.

Just bored. Nothing to do.
