Turing into a habit......becoming bookwise. 2 months ago

I have been reading at night so that helps a lot. Trying to get in at least a chapter or two before I go to sleep. I go to the library once a week and that helps.

Updated my Workout routine - Started doing more pushups - Drinking protien drink. 3 months ago

I have switched up the Excersize routine again. I made it a little harder and I have began drinking a protien powder. I am getting a little stronger >:) . The trick I think will be to add new muscle and then help it to be ripped.

Getting Closer.... 6 months ago

I have been Running 4 or 5 days a week for the last 6 months and I excersize 4 or 5 days a week as well. I hit a small snag when I kinda plateued doing the same routine for a couple months and did the same amount of things over and over. I have added more reps to my wieght lifting and I am starting to do Yoga 1 or 2 days a week as well. Hopefully I will get there soon! I read that SPider-man (in the comix) is 5 foot 11 and weighs 167 pounds. Right now I am about 5 -11 and weigh 162. The trick will be to add muscle and get ripped at the same time…
