Keep running
I feel good that I've been running, but

it is important to keep running! I followed an outline for a program in the Runner’s World Complete Book of Running. I am now running two intervals of 13 minutes, walking two minutes between. The goal is to run 30 minute intervals, and at least 3 miles 4 times per week.



be a drop-out
Being a drop-out isn't actually good.

I think I was disliking school and thought I would do poorly if I did not drop-out. I got the courage to do so, and did. And it was probably the right decision at the time. Now I am considering going back to school again.

I CAN Knit!

In October of 2005 I was very unhappy. In October of 2006 I moved to New York. In New York I learned to knit. I love it and am glad to have done it, even though I forgot about this website and that it was a serious goal of mine.
