So I went for walk today evening I don’t think it was 20 mins but nonetheless. The only thing that bugs me is I feel like people are watching me
I have gained so much weight and I keep gaining. My plan now is to stick to 1200 calories, walk for 20 mins, work out for 20 mins and maybe do yoga or stretch for 20 mins. I have the workout trainer app on my phone and find that really helpful. My biggest downfall is eating, I eat the wrong stuff and lots of it and I constantly eat because I am bored and procrastinating. Also I am really lazy so I barely ever exercise but things will change. On school days, I plan on having a protein shake and an orange for breakfast, Greek yogurt and protein bar for lunch and snack. Dinner is my downfall so I need to figure a way I don’t binge and I drink lots of water during the day
