Well, ok: I hired someone else to paint my house 3 years ago

It was too much of a pain to do it myself! Turned out our house needed the second most prep-work our painter had ever had to do. It was a mess. I’m glad we paid someone else to do it.

Worth it -- but know the tradeoffs 3 years ago

I had LASIK done two months ago. I’m very happy with the results but part of that is because the DR insisted on me having realistic expectations. I DO have “haloing” where at night lights twinkle. I DON’T have perfect vision in my right eye, although it’s pretty close. Make sure you research and know what to expect …
