ok so I am taking baby steps now. after all after being late constantly to any appointmnet for as long as I could remeber I realize I won’t just be on time to everything from now on. so today i was only 8 minutes late rather then 20 :)

today was a disaster. was 20 minutes late like usuall. the person was not happy at all. we even made the next appointment for 12 20! how sad and I tried so hard not to be late today. must try again…

I started out by waking up today at 8 10. It’s a small step towards 7, but at least it wasn’t at 9 that I got out of bed. Tomorrow I will try to wake up a bit earlier, say around 8 =). So far so good…
