Okay, the best thing to do for getting in shape, seriously, is to work your frickin’ butt off. I’ve been working at UPS for about three months as a package handler, and I’ve had to punch new holes in my belt to keep my shorts on. It wears you out, but it definitely helps me feel healthier and better about myself.
