After living in Nebraska my entire life I moved last year. First Iowa and now North Dakota. Not a big change as far as the scenery goes. I’d like to go east, spend a few months in a lot of different places. But as far as where I live, I’ve come to the conclusion that Nebraska is it for me. We should be ‘home’ in about a month.
Life with the boy...

He and I are probably too much alike. Tonight he called and we had a WONDERFUL talk. We talked over an hour and had a real conversation. I know his dad feels like he’s in the middle but sometime it is his own fault. Not on purpose, but I think the boy and I tend to do better on our own sometimes. After all, that’s how it’s been for his whole life. But whatever the reason, it was just great to really get to enjoy him again. He’s got such great qualities and likes to hide them from me.
