This is one of my goals for 2013. I have a blog on Tumblr where I post each thing everyday. Sometimes I forget days but I come back another day and add the item. I just have 9.5 months to go!

How I did it: I would love to have a long article about how I worked out everyday and only ate fruits and vegetables but to be honest I feel like I cheated. I found out I had Celiacs disease in the middle of this goal and lost 5 pounds instantaneously (within 3 days) after I stopped eating gluten. How I did it: My friends and I talked about it for a while and finally set a date. We called a skydiving place in the area to reserve a time and showed up on that date. There was a 20 minute class we had to take before we went into the air. After waiting for about 3 hours because of wind, we went into the air and jumped out of an airplane. Read how I did it…
I will count this at completed once I do it consecutively for 21 days. I want to wake up early in order to run and to start getting my school work done earlier. I also want to make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Being on a set sleeping schedule will hopefully help me make all of these things happen.
I can’t seem to get below 122, 2 pounds over my goal weight. I will keep trying :]
