I used to read like crazy as a child and then realized that I had let myself get too busy to read anymore. My goal for 2007 was to read at least 100 books. Bed rest at the end of my pregnancy helped and I did it! But it feels good to be reading again, like escaping to another world for just a little while.

Not sure how it happened but over one month, my score jumped to 631 points so it was either a fluke or I’m finally doing something right. I’ve been able to pay all my bills up and on time. Today I got laid off from the little work I did have so let’s hope I don’t slide backwards from here!
I think that I can only go up from here. After being out of full time work for the last 7 months due to the baby and my work being very slow, my credit score has dropped to a record low of 515 points. My credit cards are all maxed out and I’m behind on my bills. Please let me get back on my feet again.
