Lost...

Today I realized that I have no idea what kind of vitamins I should be taking. I went to GNC and ended buy a box of those multi-packs. It was confusing Be-beautiful, be-hot, be-sexy, be-healthy…. There were too many choices.



walk 10,000 steps a day
Pedometer;

I went and bought a more accurate pedometer to keep up with my steps…. So tomorrow is the day.



read a book a week
Starting out...

I searched my book shelves for books I bought but hadn’t gotten around to reading. The first book I came to was Nick Hornby’s Juliet, Naked so this will be my first book.
