I got into a great habit of going to gym every other day, and became very health conscious. You really notice the difference. But you notice it even more if you let it slide, which I have done :( Defo want to do this again :)

I didn’t do this one on purpose, I just couldn’t afford to eat. But when you go long periods without eating, or being able to eat, you start to appreciate food. I was never a fussy eater, but now I am also less greedy or impulsive to my cravings… :)
I had a lot of pent up anger, and when I found my boyfriend had cheated on me, I just let loose and started smashing everything around me. It felt like a relief, but afterwards, I felt horrible at what I’d destroyed..
