Becoming more outgoing, for me, just meant trusting in myself more, letting go of myself, live for myself and not for others, being happy with not caring so much about what others think, living.
You know you have become more outgoing when you can go up to some random person and talk to them about anything in general, when before, you could barely stand to talk to anyone.
