Meditating teaches a lot about flow. There are rules, Feedback is instant, always challenging and most of all it re-educates the mediator how to be autotelic (to take reward in the action not results)
I have found myself preoccupied with results and benefits of something.
It also develops concentration, insight and contentment.
It is amazing how a lot of my life is torn up by fear and insecurity.
Am I doing the right thing, am I capable. I never noticed before that these irrational notions permeate my awareness even when both answers are answered beyond question in the positive “yes you are able and your actions are right”
Meditation has afforded me the opportunity to explore and solve this recent development in my psychic landscape.
Practicing contentment and meditation is good. I hypothesis that when you goes into a state contentment it no longer becomes an issue and once that issue is out the way you can get on with your action and enter flow. This is similar to how money negatively effects motivation and how when you’re given enough that it is no longer an issue performance is improved.

It is conclusive. When sitting down working n something i can enter flow much more readly with music to drown out everything else.
