well I have to say I saw this goal on someone elses list and I loved it I just had to join in and try and do this so here it goes, the start of this never ending list, I mean how can it end if Im only 24 so this one will just keep on having additions for as long as I live but in the end it will be completely music that affected me in some way or another. Music is sooooo important to me that I guarantee I have a story behind each song I submit, otherwise its just not worth it!!!!
1. Switchfoot- The Legend of Chin- “Home”
Everytime I hear this song I think of myself driving the freeway this one night when I knew my whole life was ahead of me and how much I felt God near me even though I was alone. How many times I’d fallen and he’d picked me back up. Its a song of hope for the future, of were I’d been and where I was going. I remember how bright the stars where that night, how Awesome and Incredible his love was for me, and I could give HIm “All that’s in my head” Nothing to worry about if it was in his hands. Gosh I love JOn Foreman!!!!
2. Switchfoot- The Legend of Chin- “You”
This Song says it all, I love my God! I think of being a teenager, 17 and the feeling of someone greater than me, overwhelming love, forgiveness and so many feelings at the same time. My first encounters with my best Friend Jesus. What an amazing time! This is my Walk to Remember time, I was so inspired by the film and this band because they impacted me right when I was beginning my walk with God, life was never the same!!!

3. Switchfoot- A New Way to be Human- “Only Hope”
Again I will have a lot of Switchfoot on this list, these guys have lifted my spirit so many times, with these wonderful lyrics, and their amazing love for God. This song always connects me with God, the violin is so amazing, the melody is spiritual, the lyrics are honest and beautiful, makes me wanna watch the film.
