believe that my upper lip is beautiful just the way it is: nice and skinny:)

Ok, I still don’t really like it.
But, I also don’t really care that much any more.
It’s the same for all my other physical “faults”. Just don’t care nearly as much as I used to.

I’ll be patient and maybe eventually I REALLY will like it one day. :)

Grow a vegetable garden
Gardening is cool

Yay! This is a really excellent thing to add to your finished list. I did a little veggie garden last year in the front yard of my rental. It got totally overgrown, but I did it all myself and I got a lot of veggies out of it. I loved leaving bags of them on neighbor’s porches when I had too many.
This year, my fiance and I started two raised beds and a few other patches in the back yard of our cute little house. We also planted lots of little flowers from a nursery. I like to imagine that they are silently sighing in relief as pull them out of their little plastic trays and press them into their new homes.

stop obsessing about my weight
Yes, i feel better about myslef.

I still am not at the point of totally loving my bod, but I’m much better. Here’s what happened: I found a boyfriend who is really good at the compliment and honest communication thing, and tells me-with incredible patience-every time I complain about my body, that he loves it and thinks it is beautiful just as it is. He also tells me this, even when I don’t complain which is important too. Secondly, I joined weight watchers and lost 10 pounds! I’m very proud. I would like to lose about 5 more, but it’s no biggie. Im happy.
