How I did it: findnig every scripture in the bible that told me that i was unconditionally loveable despite my imperfectness\spending time with people that support me champion me and find it easy to love meguilt depletes creative energy and i cant afford that Read how I did it…
plan is as follows… approach this goal by first feeling complete and good about myself despite the need to reach this goal…focus on wellness as a priceless gift i can give myself and enjoy….going to run with the dog on weekends and wednesdays and then he will also get the exercise he needs and the attention. gonna book an appt with a doctore once a month and cover them all in a few months time – although i am so not into doctors but i think i will do = jan – physical and dentist feb=dermatologist etc… i plan to ski this winter so i want to do some yoga stretches to prevent injury and light weights to tone. i will also jump on my rebounder while blasting music to burn calories when it is too cold or icey out…
