Pouring hot water from a kettle or a teapot has a wonderful calming sound. It’s as though there is nothing else at that moment. Cold water does not compare at all. Next time you make a cup of tea really listen.

How I did it: When I bought my ibook G4 second hand it had only a 30GB hard disk. This was fine as it was going to be a home from home machine and it would only be used for low level work - nothing too demanding. At the last count it was around 75. Can’t see me doing another 25 in the next few days. But I have documented each wheel in my blog and it’s really great to be able to see them all and remember each one. I didn’t keep many records for the names of the clients though.
So I’m gonna hold out with the number till the 31st comes around and then declare the result.
Got a bottle of Famous Grouse for doing some IT support. Not single malt but will fill the whisky vacuum for the time being.
