I originally put this goal on so that I would stop sticking my foot in my mouth in social situations. I used to get nervous when I had nothing to talk about so I would just blurt stupid anecdotes out that weren’t necessarily appropriate for my audience. Now, silence doesn’t seem to bother me too much so I have less motivation to open my mouth to say something stupid.

I definitely eat a lot more organic since putting this on the list, but I think it would be impossible to eat only organic.
I think it was on my list just because of the importance others have put on it. I really don’t see any need to learn. At least I tried a couple of times!
