I have been listening to Pem Chodra in the car. So far I have been struck by the idea of lingering in the moment of impatience to learn about being patience and equally struck by a Buddhist nun who swears!

I began a writing course to sharpen my writing skills and learn more about the trade of writing for children. I have been amazed by the many, many steps involved in taking an idea from brain to bookstore shelf.
