It’s definately worthwhile to take as many pictures as you can, even in bad times. It’s one of the few ways to remember something, and if your memory happens to go, you always have something to look back upon. Pictures help you capture beauty, and not just in humans. Some people take pictures of nature, or architecture, or of people. You never truly see things the way you do through the lens of a camera.

I’m at this point in my life where I don’t know where to go or what to do. It seems as though everyone around me has a plan for their future, as they should, and yet I’m stuck behind. Next year is my senior year of high school, and I don’t have a deifnite career choice. Everyone school-wise pushes me to choose colleges and get scholarships, and this only adds the stress. I’m 16, and I have to know WHO I’m going to be, WHERE I’d like to go to college, WHAT I’m going to be for the REST OF MY LIFE, HOW to accomplish my goals and build my future, and right now, that’s a bit more than I can take…any advice?
“Nothing.” Yep. That’s generally my answer to that question. I find it hard to express myself and say whats in my head, mostly due to ridicule. So many thoughts cloud my mind, but I never speak them out loud. It’s not like I’m afraid that someone will disagree, because I’m a very arguementative person and tend to disagree a lot myself. It’s just that it seems for some reason whenever I bring up what appears to be a great point to me, someone shoots it down, even if what they say doesn’t make sense. But, it obviously makes sense to other people, because I get “proved wrong”. Even in my family, if they do not like something I believe or say, they get very defensive and slightly put me down. Because this has happened so often, I’ve given up on voicing my opinion. I just wish I could learn to express myself again…
