I didn’t expect it to be such a difficult climb! It’s quite steep in some places and even though I’m in relatively good shape, it wore me out! Of course, the hot humid weather didn’t help much either.
Do it… definitely!

How I did it: I went to a tattoo artist I've known for a long time, so I was comfortable and knew he'd do a great job. After literally years of going back and forth on designs, I finally decided on the vegetarian "V" symbol. It's a nice dainty V with a leaf that makes the top of one side. I got it in white ink on my wrist so I could always see it but it wouldn't be noticeable enough to attract attention at the office. I couldn't be happier with it! Pic… Read how I did it…

I’m friends with all my exes and I count my “serious” ex-boyfriends as some of my best friends. Some I broke up with and some broke up with me. It only takes one person to start a friendship with an ex. Most people don’t expect it to happen, so by making a simple friendly gesture, you open up the door. Yeah, sometimes it’s hard and those feelings don’t automatically go away. You just have to make a conscious decision that you want to be friends and you’re willing to put in the effort to make it work… and it definitely takes an effort in the beginning. But the way I see it, if cared for someone enough to date them, why wouldn’t I care enough to be their friend? Just my two cents. :)
