How I did it
How I did it: A little bit every day, at first I could barely jog anything. I've never been the running/sports type. Now I can't stop! I found that alternating running with walking really helps you build up your lung capacity. I found a run/walk plan online and went for it. It was fun! Next stop, six miles. After that, marathon?
