Goal : 67-55kg

Its the 3rd day into my massive health kick. I wanna get back to where i once was. 55kg is my goal and i weighed in at 67kg on Sat.
I will weigh in again this coming sat…wish me luck:)

First goal

First goal is to get down to 126. I am not sitting at 130 and i have the confidence to get down to 126 in about 3 weeks.
Just need to work hard, exercise and eat healthy.

veggie paddy.
1 hour training, 1 hour boxercise.

Looking positive. Just need to stay focused and stick to it!
