Its the 3rd day into my massive health kick. I wanna get back to where i once was. 55kg is my goal and i weighed in at 67kg on Sat.
I will weigh in again this coming sat…wish me luck:)

4. You can do this. You just have to remember how much better the feeling of being healthy, fit and slim feels, then being unconfortable in your own skin and unfit.

First goal is to get down to 126. I am not sitting at 130 and i have the confidence to get down to 126 in about 3 weeks.
Just need to work hard, exercise and eat healthy.
