And so I’m trying to work out how to deal with it. Yoga is helping, but it’s definitely going to be an ongoing battle.

and loved it, but I want to learn how to do it better. Just for fun, but me and one of my friends had been talking about trying to set up a wee club night somewhere, so I’d probably better learn how to do this. i’ve been thinking about it a lot recently and I’d really like to give it a go. I have no idea where to start though – any ideas?
And I’ve let this slide. I have bought a stepper machine though, and the first step is to try to do that every day. Then into some seriosu exercising. I eat healthily, but my metabolism sucks and doesn’t work unless I’m exercising.
