I want to be able to die knowing I made a difference & that I’ll be on peoples minds. I want to do something that will better peoples lives, so that even after I die, I’m remembered & never forgotten. Even when it comes to just meeting new people, I want them to be like “wow, of course I remember her”

We are always so caught up in things like work, or school, or even social events. Then we’re always either tired or stress because we’re too busy doing other things ! Sleep it important, I need more than I actually get.

I hear & believe it relieves stress while keeping you healthy at the same time. So why not spare an hour or 2 for it?
