I volunteer at the humane society taking the dogs out and walking them. Sometimes they haven’t been out all day. Many times they run and slide on the slick floor while pulling like crazy on the leash only to pee right outside the back door. I’m glad to give them some relief. I also think they enjoy the sun and to run and play with a ball. Oh, and I do too. Dogs are not judgmental. I find when I’m having a bad day it’s nice to go and just give dog hugs.

How I did it: I stressed and stressed until I realized its not about that one day but how I am living my whole life. (It is a little annoying to be asked to write more about this. I'd rather just write what I think...long or short and be done with it. Thank you very much, 43 things!) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to Legalzoom.com. It was much easier for me than trying to figure out which attorney to use. I actually found the link on 43 things. It was very quick and easy. I didn't add specific items for people but I don't have a lot of value. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I actually find I can only do about two pages at a sitting. I just kept pulling it out. I wish it hadn't taken a year though. There was some risk in losing my motivation but that didn't happen. Read how I did it…

I am crocheting more for the cats at the humane society. Very fun. I find the variegated works best.
Tried 8th Continent Soymilk yesterday. It’s not as sweet (strong?) as Silk. Very good. Soy milk is better for the environment than milk. It takes a lot more grains to feed the cows as opposed to just growing soy beans so I will try to drink less milk also.
I am using a calendar to mark the days I don’t eat meat to focus more on what I am doing rather than what I’m not.
