Overcome Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Why is this turning out to be so much harder than I thought it would?
I’m always just so busy worrying over things that don’t matter, worrying about things I shouldn’t be worrying about. I’m always anxious and I just can’t think properly, it’s really driving me crazy.
