I want to celebrate the holidays, and I also want to stay healthy. Are both things possible? I think so. Here’s my plan.
1. allow one small holiday treat per day, but keep daily calories around 1400 and carbs below 120
2. say no to fake food! stay at my target caloric intake WITHOUT resorting to packaged diet foods and chemical sweeteners
3. keep training for my personal triathlon! slow and steady wins the race.
4. run 1 extra mile for each holiday party I attend
