My sister and I just took our first Irish Dance class. We tried an instructional video a couple of years ago but it didn’t really keep our interest, so now we’re going to try the real thing. Here goes…!

How I did it
It made me
athletic 
How I did it: I did a beginners' triathlon: The Day at the Beach triathlon in Hermosa Beach, which includes swimming 1/4 mile in the ocean, 10 miles on the bike and a 3 mile run. The organizers and competitors were extremely supportive! I felt very safe the whole time, and I really appreciated the encouragement. How I did it: This is a long process which culminates in the completion of a long and detailed IRS form. It's not especially difficult but it takes a long time. I don't take great joy from this kind of "detail work," so I got through it by concentrating on the vision that I have for this organization.
