How I did it: I went on holiday to Australia and spent alot of time walking around in shorts and sandals. I got a strap tan on my feet. It was fun. I also swam alot, which is really nice if you live in a hot place. I still wore sunscreen so I didn't get burnt. Read how I did it…

How I did it: With red hair dye! Dur... Obviously to get a bright red (which is what you should be doing if you're saying you're dyeing your hair red) you need to bleach it. I found bleaching ot once was fine. And the condition of my hair never really deteriorated. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I bleached my hair and made sure to bleach the roots. Then I soaked it in cold water mixed with a few drops of Gentian Violet (available at most pharmacies). I rinsed it off and washed my hair with blonding shampoo and conditioner. NOTE: I mean pharmacies in South Africa, I don't know about anywhere else. Read how I did it…

This was my true hair colour

I walked around with this red hair for four years and it truly felt natural. It made me feel like a character out of my own movie. It allowed me to be brash, opinionated, witty and dazzling. Everyone wanted a piece of me and I loved it. For those four years I saw my world with wisps of bright red falling in my face.
