Started doing this last year with my family. We all have compound bows. We shoot in a winter league and shoot 3d leagues in the summer. We hunt during hunting season (at least my husband and I do, our kids are too young yet). My husband just bought a recurve bow. Wow now that’s hard to shoot accurately. It’s mostly instinctual.

I have about 10 sheep (number varies depedending on the time of year) and right now I have 10 lambs. I get my sheep professionally shorn once a year and then I process their wool into yarn. I then knit stuff from it. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling hobby.

A very realxing and fulfilling hobby, especially if it is your own wool or other fiber that you prepared, including the raising of the animal itself.
