man, you should really do pilates in a class or one-on-one so you’d get the form right. i really like power yoga because I sweat a lot, but pilates in my perception helps my climbing more. my posture has improved-no more slouching for me!hope to do pilates every other week(same with yoga).

it was raining on our way, while we were there and on our way back to manila!incredible blessing indeed!with my 2 good friends from high school, we shopped till our legs could no move no more and stomachs growling all the way to the hotel room!and we really didnt talk that much come to think of it…thats the beauty of old friendships, you know each other so well right?:)
