Honestly, I went into it thinking it’d be as difficult as the SAT was for me. It was shockingly easy – I finished within the 99th percentile, and all of my friends who have taken it have finished within the 90th percentile.
I remember reading that they take the test at an eighth grade level. Similarly, most American newspapers are written at the same level. If you can understand the newspaper, you can pass the GED!
I’m in New York by myself over Thanksgiving, so I’m using this time to work on my applicatoin essays. In a few months, hopefully I’ll be working on transferring crosses fingers
