To me loving my body means feeding it healthful substances, exercising it regularly to discharge stress and pampering myself!
Also not putting toxic substances such as alcohol and cigarettes into it.

How I did it: Saved with my partner over a period of two years. Put money in a savings account that gave good interest and that I could not access immediately, took three days to withdraw funds from so it was out of reach. How I did it: Got back in touch with people, old friends I haven't seen for awhile because I have been so busy with my little man - my almost 12 month old son.I sent out text messages to people saying hey wanna catch up, let's do dinner etc.Old friends introduced me to new people so I made some new aquaintances ... friendships take a bit more time to build. Got to be stricter on the no chocolate frogs for Caden. No dairy whatsoever for the next week or so.
Went horse riding over the weekend. Loved it! I always enjoy it. Been three times this year but want to go more often. I think horseriding is my new hobby!
