So I discovered that FlashDevelop 3 is in beta, with the ability to build AS3/Flash9 and Flex 2 projects.

I rebuilt my previous flash progress in a day, and have moved a little beyond where I was. I also learned that flv files blow chunks. Seriously, the animation in my site was taking up 60% of the processor in flash, and 90% of the processor in flex.

I dumped the flv, and am going to a static image—which looks better, but isn’t as fun.

Another week another pound.

I’m trying not to be frustrated with a pound a week. Really, it’s probably the best way to lose this – statistics say that losing the weight slowly you have more likelihood of keeping it off long term.

I think the loss might have been more significant, spare my coworkers brought in two-dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat them in front of a fan blowing at me. I had no chance : P

Anyway, after my 4 donut binge, I’m sure I put some back on.

Not eating at night and swimming would really work better if I did it more. Though I have stuck to not eating anything but fruit at night—okay mostly.

Anyway, small progress is still progress.

Okay, so yeah, starting … sorta.

I’ve been reducing my portions, and eliminating my night time eating, but the house is still full of junk. It’s slowly going, but a pretty miserable temptation.

But 2 lbs is nothing to sneeze at.
