I’m not offended by cursing, but at the same time I realize that it is not all that attractive. It is too aggressive, and that is not how I want to be portrayed. I don’t think there is anything morally wrong with cursing… it just seems kind of low-class.

How I did it: The night before, my mother joked around with me about it snowing today because of how cold it was getting. We live in Florida where there are two settings on our weather dial. Dry and Pleasant (lasts December, January, and February), and Wet and Suffocating (every other month). Well, her joke turned out to not be a joke afterall once I checked the website for The Weather Channel. My eyes popped out of my head. lol. I stayed up just to se… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I procrastinated in getting it so long that I ended up getting it as a gift before I could get it myself (I'm NOT complaining. lol). I got it for Christmas. It is pink and lovely. :P I'm going to be using it tomorrow when I go to Gaylord Palms' ICE! attraction. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started by looking at labels and making sure there was nothing partially hydrogenated listed. Within the past 2 months, I haven't visited a restaurant and don't intend to do so very much in the future, excluding special occasions (this was not because I was gung ho about not eating trans fats -- I just wanted to eat healthier over all, and a lot of restaurant foods are packed with sodium, fats, and calories). I am eating better and, as … Read how I did it…

I love the look of the italic script and I think that learning it would improve my handwriting greatly. Other people seem to like my current script and compliment me on it, but for me, though my handwriting is readable, it is a little too bland.
Modern Italic might seem a little pretentious to some people, granted… but I like it, and I think that is what really matters, not what other people will think of it.
We have a piano… kind of. It is out of tune and many of the keys stick when you press down on them. I’ve put off learning partly because of this, and partly because I’m not really sure where to start without a teacher.
Well, hopefully in December I will be able to remedy this. For Christmas, I have asked for a piano keyboard and piano-learning media. Hopefully Santa will help me out. :)
