Well, when I started, my hair was at my shoulders. Right now it is 20 inches long (when straightened out. I have curly hair. Drats!). It is 18 inches when I do not pull it to straighten it.
The image posted is around the length I would like (I’m aware the chick pictured probably has extensions).
That’s about as far as I’d ever go. I think any more and I’d be pushing it, both in terms of beauty and upkeep. I’d say I have about five inches until I’m there. At a half an inch per month, that’s 10 months of hair growth. lol

I have little spurts of motivation… but I can never seem to hold them for very long. I get distracted by other, less important stuff. I want to actually stick to my studies instead of going off in all directions, but I can’t seem to concentrate on one thing. No clue what my problem is.

So, in all, I have lost 43 lbs so far. That’s a hell of a lot. But I still have quite a bit to go still. About three months ago I joined a website called SparkPeople (kinda like myspace for fat people, with nutritional info, a food diary, and all that jazz). It’s helped me keep track of my calories better and I’m losing faster now. If any of you decide to join, friend me. I’m AutumnKiss there too.
I’m horrified of loose skin though. I find it very disgusting, and I don’t have the money to fix it with plastic surgery if it happens. I just have to hope that weight training and drinking enough water / eating the right foods will help it.
I’m still losing the “right” way – which is, eating a balanced diet and exercising. No fads for me. :)
