I am so tired of binging. Every single day for the last two weeks I’ve done it. I’m bloated, cranky, depressed, anxious, and 10 pounds heavier than I was this time two weeks ago. I am giving this up for good. I am going to rely on God and on my support network to get me through this.

Good luck everyone, know that it doesn’t always have to be this way. There’s hope for all of us. =]
