Back when I started this I was keeping a paper diary. However now I do it on the computer. It is offline – and just in a text file, one-per-month. I think that I might sign this goal off because clearly I am doing it, and I have achieved it.

How I did it: Initially I was keeping a paper diary. But then my circumstances changed and I didn't find it as convenient - not entirely sure why not. But now I just type into a text file - one per month. I may well revert to a paper diary again, but for the moment I am happy with having one on my computer. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Recording the exercise that you do helps you validate it. Because you are writing it down you can see how it evolves, and what you can achieve. It also helps you to prioritise exercise. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I did as much as I could alone - but the rest was done by a tradesman. In the end the tradesman finished everything off the week before the flat went to viewings. That provided a real incentive to get the work completed. Read how I did it…

I was on holiday last week, and returned to find an email with loads of stuff about the course… which starts next week. I will spend some time tonight going through it all to make sure that they have the information they need from me, and also that I have all that I need from them.
I withdrew from my PhD because I lost motivation and discipline, plus I was in a bad place mentally/emotionally. I am hoping that being on a taught Masters will be a lot easier (wrt to discipline) than the PhD was… because the latter was very isolating.
This week I will set up a standing order for one of my credit cards.
