Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great life, but probably not the best thing for my body. I do eat fairly healthy dinners but, while I am grateful for them, the person who cooks is pushy and overfills the plate. I need to be aware when I am full and not feel pressured to keep eating. I also need to snack only when I am actually hungry rather than when I am bored, stressed or sad and, with that in mind, stop using chocolate and ice cream as my go-to snacks. haha. I suppose this’ll be my “starting platform”. It’d help if I had an ounce of willpower!

I think it might be something that is (and has always been) physically more difficult for my body to accomplish than it is for most other girls my age. They say some people just can’t do it no matter how they work at it, but I believe with enough pain and persistence I could get there.
I did dance for many years but I could barely get my legs past a right angle to be honest. It is something I’ve always wanted to do, though, and something I WILL do. When I have the flexibility I can work on the strength and perhaps one day I’ll even be able to manage high kicks.
I haven’t really done much stretching or dance in a while and I’m probably more inflexible than ever, so my starting point will be close to the bottom, but it can only get better from here! It will really take a lot of willpower.
I started watching near the end of Season 2 and instantly went into a bit of a Honeymoon phase where I breathed it for like a week until a certain event on the show became probably the most traumatic event in my TV watching experience. You don’t expect to be gutted by a teen show on the ABC!
In the last few days I’ve had a marathon and watched the second half of season 1 and all of season 2 finally as part of my “Things I want to accomplish in the holidays” list. The season 2 ending was as tough as ever. I think that it is one of the few things I’ll never be immune to no matter how many times I watch it, but it’s a surprisingly good series (especially out of Australia!) and I’ll be watching season 3 too.
