It’s really tough making it through the adaptation period. The weekend, I ended up sleeping through the night both Friday and Saturday. I will probably go a full night again tonight before resuming the schedule (and hopefully adapting :)

First 24 hours
I just started the dymaxion sleep schedule (30min every 6 hours) yesterday. The first hour of work was awful this morning. I think I over-compensated with coffee (which I was originally saving for the afternoon), so I’m not sure how much sleep I’ll get from my next nap at lunch.
I started a blog to track my progress, but I won’t post it until I’ve adapted in a few weeks or so (hopefully!). I’ll come back by for an update next week, though.
