Okay! I’ve exercised twice this week (on Wednesday and Sunday), which I know is not a lot in the scheme of things, but it is a lot for me. I figure twice is two more times than I have been exercising, so I’m getting there and I am making an effort! I’m a bit sore today, I have to say, but that’s a good thing! I realized how much better exercising makes me feel, both psychologically and physically.
1. The sheets are clean.
2. The floor is vacuumed.
3. All the surfaces are dusted, Windexed, Pledged…
4. The toilet and shower have been scrubbed as well as the sink.
5. Clean laundry!
