I started with this approach: there must be at least two hours between cigarettes.

Today I’ve smoked 3 cigarettes (It’s 3pm). Normally I would’ve smoked 5 or 6, so, It’s good.

It’s just like that. I don’t plan on going to N new cities or anything like that, I just want to go out on mini-vacation more often. It will also be nice to visit old friends on trips that take no more than a weekend.

I smoke plenty and I really enjoy it. But from now on I plan on smoke only in moments when I’m not doing anything else. So it’s fine to make a break at work to have a good cup of coffee and a smoke, but not while driving, reading, etc.

I should be smoking less if I keep on that plan.



learn to play guitar

I’ve got my own acoustic guitar last year, but haven’t practiced since. I need to get a new string set and print me some easy-to-learn songs, hopefully some cool ones.

The main motivation: wife sez she’ll get me an electric one if i get to play one full song. So, let’s do it.
